One of the really cool things about Drupal is how easy it is to get to overviews of what's going on in the site through the creation of what are termed "views". I've been playing around with this a little lately and have the following to share:

1) A listing of the most popular nodes, ranked by page views.

2) A listing of the most popular audio files, ranked by number of downloads. 

3) A listing of the I Ching, ranked by number of draws.

You're probably wondering why Ken Wilber talking about brain states and meditation gets first AND second place in the first view? The answer is that the file was uploaded to one address when the site was first started but then the database had a hiccup and so the file was uploaded to a second location (address).

Also... all you bloggers who lie awake at night wondering if anyone reads your posts can now rest in peace ;-)

You're may also be wondering why some audio files get so many downloads but don't appear high on the list of popular nodes (view #1). The reason for this is that our site allows anyone to link directly to a file and doesn't require them to visit the page first. The audio files with many downloads are clearly linked from other popular sites.

Furthermore you may be wondering why the spread of the draw of the I Ching hexagrams is so uneven? I'm puzzling over that one too...

Lastly, you may be wondering why you can't see any of these? If you're getting "accessed denied" it simply means you're not logged in.
