It was taught in India more than 2500 years ago as a universal remedy for universal ills , i.e., an Art of Living . Vipassana is a simple ,practical way to achieve real peace of mind and to lead a happy, useful life.

A two day storytelling workshop intensive for adults.

An opportunity to delve into a traditional folk or fairytale of your choice and to come away with personal insight as well as some skills to share the story with other people!

Using games, journaling, group and solo work, each individual will have the opportunity to explore their story in a fun and supportive environment.

No experience necessary.
