It's Been THAT Long?

Apologies to all who wondered if I'd dropped off the planet, I sort of did. Depression got the better of me for the summer and autumn and I sort of stumbled zombie-like through my work days with not a lot of energy left to do anything else. And, as always, meditation was one of the first things to fall by the wayside.

Please bring a cushion to sit on, and a small mat if you have one as I have hardwood floors. I will have chairs, carpet and some yoga mats available to sit on for those who need them.
