Meditation Instruction and Dharma Talk

Led by Kyira Korrigan - Kyira has practiced Buddhism since 1998 and currently studies with Noah Levine, author of Dharma Punx. She is in training to become an authorized meditation teacher in the Theravaden lineage of Ajahn Chah.

Meditation instruction and short meditation period, followed by a dharma talk.
