Stumbled upon this site, and enjoyed listening to Alan Watts lecture on, among other things, the I Ching. Years and years ago in Texas, I used to watch his weekly (I think) program on educational television, so coming to this site was something like entering a coffee shop and seeing an old friend. Looking around the site, I saw a number of events, forums, topics, or resources, which relate directly to practices or texts with which I have some familiarity, such as the I Ching and the Therevada tradition. As a result, I immediately signed up, and wrote this short note. Over the next few weeks, I will explore diydharma, and am looking forward to the joy of doing that.

welcome
I noticed a huge (for us) spike in traffic yesterday and traced it back to someone mentioning our Alan Watts collection on Boing Boing.
